Gerakan-gerakan ini merupakan keluhan utama penderita pada malam hari. Akibat lanjut bagi penderita adalah insomnia dan depresi. Penyebab Pada kebanyakan kasus, penyebab RLS belum diketahui. Namun, mungkin juga karena faktor genetik. RLS sering ditemukan pada keluarga yang memiliki gejala tersebut sebelum usia 40 tahun. Sebuah varian gen tertentu berkaitan dengan RLS. Voglibose

:

Voglibose are alpha-glucosaide inhibitor used to reduce the levels of post-prandialblood sugar in people with diabetes mellitus. Voglibose delay the absorption of glucose, thereby reducing risk of macrovascular complications.

Indications:

To treat diabetes mellitus.

Dosage:

By mouth (orally) 0.2 mg before meals.

May increase the dose to 0.3 mg by mouth (orally), 3 times daily before meals.

Implementation:

Give the dose to begin eating first.

Side Effects:

Gi effects such as flatulence, swelling. Hepatotoxicity may occur with Acarbose.

It may give impetus to the emergence of adverse GI reactions.

Special Instructions:

Should be avoided in patients with GI disorders
