Buflomedil

:

Buflomedil is vasoactive drugs used to treat klaudikasi or symptoms of disease around the vein.

Indications:

To treat intermittent klaudikasi (pain, cramping, numbness, weakness in the legs, hips, thighs and buttocks) in certain patients.

Dosage:

300-600 mg / day by mouth (orally), 1 times daily or divided doses.

Side Effects:

Hypotension, syncope, AV block, sinus tachycardia, ventricular arrhythmias, vasodilation, dizziness, skin rash, pruritus, exanthema, nausea, diarrhea, anaphylaxis.

Special Instructions:

Avoid new patients and postpartum arterial bleeding.
