cetirizine is an active metabolite of hydroxyzine with strong and long work. Is a selective antihistamine, peripheral H1 receptor antagonist with low sedative effect on pharmacologically active doses and has additional properties as an anti-allergy. Cetirizine inhibit histamine release in the early phase and reduce inflammatory cell migration.
Composition:
Each capsule contains 10 mg of cetirizine dihydrochloride
Indications:
cetirizine is indicated for the treatment of perennial rhinitis, allergic rhinitis and chronic idiopathic urticaria.
Dosage:
Adults and children รข‰¥ 12 years: 1 x daily Over dose of 1 capsule Drowsiness may occur in the use of a single dose of 50 mg. Agitation may occur in children.
