Marshmallow

:

Marshmallow originally grew in salty soil but in the development of this plant can grow inmoist conditions. This plant is commonly found in southern and western Europe, western Asia, and northeastern regions of North America. Feature of this plant, among others, its roots are pale yellow taper, length, and thick, with a view that is tough yet flexible. Short-stemmed leaves are round, with irregularly toothed margins. Flowers have five petalsreddish-white.

Ingredients:

Flowers contain flavonoids and sap, and leaves contain coumarin, salicylic acid,phenolic acids, and starch and flavonoids. Marshmallow plant roots also contain latex,and asparagines, tannins, and polysaccharides.

Benefits:

Marshmallow is used in traditional medicine to treat asthma, bronchitis, coughs, indigestion, stomach ulcers and a rash. Also Marshmallow is also believed to have theability to fight infection and boost the immune system.
