Radish

:

Radish (Raphanus sativus) is an annual plant that is still sekelurga with cabbage andbroccoli. Presumably this plant originated from West Asia and Europe. Trademark hasa height of about 1 meter with a soft stem forming pale white colored bulbs. SingleLeaves with brown oval fruit.

The main distinctive feature is a slightly spicy taste with a distinctive odor that somewhatoppressive.

Ingredients:

Radish contains carbohydrates, energy, vitamins, minerals, calories, protein, fat,calcium, phosphorus, fiber, iron, vitamin B1, vitamin B2, vitamin C, niacin, rafarin,rafanol and essential oils.

Benefits:

Some people believe that radish can cope with several diseases, among others:
