Pandan



Pandan (Pandanus amaryllifolius) was used to give fragrance to the food. In addition, as a natural green dye. Function was not limited to that pandan, pandan is also beneficial to human health.

Ingredients:

- alkoida

- flavonoida

- tannins

- plifenol

- saponin

Usefulness:

Fragrant pandan leaves can kill the larvae of the mosquito Aedes aegypti.
